Located
near county line road in Northern Monument, Colorado, is a newer
community called High Pines. Just a mile to I-25 and 25 minutes
to the tech center in Denver, High Pines is ideally located between
Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. To some, the best thing about
the location is its close proximity to several fine golf courses.
High Pines is just a couple blocks north of the Woodmoor Pines Country
Club, five minutes south to the Gleneagle Golf Club, five minutes
east to King's Deer Golf Club and if you're really ambitious, you
may have to drive all of ten minutes to fifteen minutes north to
find the Bear Dance, Red Hawk and Plum Creek golf courses.
A
High Pines Corp. development, the High Pines community features
front-range views, trees, rolling hills and mesas. It feels like
country. You may need a bit of faith to believe cities are nearby.
High Pines Corp. is a prominent developer in the area and the owner
brings over 50 years of real estate development experience. High
Pines combines custom and semi-custom one-half acre lots. The quiet neighborhood of
single family homes ranges from the three hundreds to over six hundred
thousand dollars.
For
you folks that always dreamed of a piece of Colorado, but ended
up with pavement and traffic, you might want to consider High Pines.
You'd better hurry though! There are only four custom home sites
available. Each has a view of Pikes Peak.
